I was super impressed with this company... I ordered the product about a month ago for use at my wedding. This week, I received a message from the company advising that some of these easels were missing som hardware pieces and offering refunds or replacements. After checking, I found that all of my hardware was present but the directions were missing.Had I gotten to my wedding day and had pieces or even the directions missing, it would have hugely inconvenient on an already stressful day. I was so pleased that they took the initiative to reach out and save me that headache.Incidentally, the easel is very well made and worked beautifully for my signage. I could not be happier with this purchase.I ordered the black easel but it was missing all of the hardware (screws, bolts and chain). Contacted the seller and they sent me the wood easel so I technically have 2 easels for the price of one with the caveat that I can only use one of them at a time.Besides that it is a good size easel. I do not recommend using anything smaller than a 16x20 or else your poster will look small compared to the easel itself.I’m using these for wedding signs and I like the way they look. They were easy to assemble except for the chain - I didn’t add the chain to the easel because it was difficultI must say this is worth it. It might not be for heavy duty but for a welcome sign or picture frame it's great! I purchased and return a few easel due to the cheap materials and missing parts. This easel was very easy to put together. The best part is that the product came with the pieces package together in separate bags so that you know how to use them. Super nice!I lost it after the wedding but I had a sign so it was good enough lol10 min assembly nice wood very large. Would recommendUsed it for my brothers engagement ! It was easy to assemble and sturdy. No missing pieces.Just what I needed for my wedding. Will hold large acrylic sheets. But wouldn’t recommend heavy plate glass. Had some missing screw but was no problem to replace at Home Depot. The company actually reached out and are sending me replacement easels just for the inconvenience! Great customer serviceThe product was as described. Able to hold a sign and present it beautifully. A little flimsy, but great for one time use and if no one touches it.
