this product is just as described. i bought it as a decoration, so the funcionality was not crucial, but still, the lens quality was somewhat lacking. very 2nd quality. don't buy it for observation purposes. i'm still pleased with the condition, packing, and delivery, so overall i'm pleased.edit: i upgraded this to 5 stars, from 4, because even though i stand by the first review, i felt the seller went above and beyond to help with a problem i had, that was my own doing. i needed a replacement lens for the spotting scope, and asked nauticalmart if they could help me. they bent over backwards to get me a replacement, and after much back and forth (some, at their expense) we finally settled the issue by them sending me another scope at cost. nauticalmart did not have to bother with my problem, but they went the extra mile to try to help me, and i think that in itself is worth 5 stars.
