I like it. It seems well-made and supports my Canon 5DIII and Canon 24-70 f/2.8 well enough to be useful when I travel. True, it's not nearly as stable as my Gitzo tripod, but it's a LOT smaller and lighter and only cost about one-third as much. I'll have to use a remote shutter release or the camera's timer to avoid introducing vibrations, but that's what I normally do with a tripod anyway. More importantly, I won't be stepping away from the tripod while the camera is mounted because, like I said, it's not nearly as stable as my full-size Gitzo tripod and it wouldn't take much to knock it over. So why do I like it? Because it's amazingly small and light and will fit in my suitcase. I travel for a living and I normally can't take my big tripod with me, but this will fit in my suitcase and I can get much better low-light and night images. As long as I'm careful...I bought this specifically for travel, but the ball head will not support my Fuji XT-1 paired with my two heaviest lenses (Fuji 16-55mm and 50-140mm). These two lenses were the ones I planned to take on the vacation (the reason I bought this tripod), and I had to rethink what lenses I would take instead. This is all disappointing because I like everything else about this tripod.PROS:- it's compact & lightweight ... perfect for travel- the ball head supports my camera and prime lenses fineCONS:- it's a little wobbly in windy conditions- the ball head cannot support my camera and 16-55mm lens (total weight approx 2.5 lbs)Light ✔️ Compact ✔️ Sturdy ❌I ordered this to take on our trip to Europe and wanted something light and compact. It worked well but the only reason I am giving this a 3 star, I expected this tripod to be sturdier. This was used for quick poses but I'm not certain I'd feel confident enough to set this and use it unless I am able to hold it steady at the same time.Very nice and sturdy tripod. Getting older I needed to get lighter. I use this with an Olympus omd em1 and together the weight is really light. It is also works well with full frame SLR'sLike the weight and how stable the Tripod is for glassing!i love it!!! it is much lighter than my manfrotto. easier to carry and use. not meant for super heavy equipment but my sony mirrorless works great. This tripod can only be used with small cameras, it was not what I expected, and less for the price, even if it is carbon.Given as a gift, used for hunting.
