The shoe can be attached to either portrait or landscape orientation, and is supported in the long hand direction of the equipment for improved stability. The surface of the camera is rubber cork that is compatible with the bottom of the camera and firmly fixed. The quick shoe and camera mount can be attached with the thumbscrew on the back of the shoe without the need for coins.
