Image is clear and in focus when the zoom is set to 36x on an object at 100 yards, its really easy to use and its really lightweight. It comes with lens covers, instruction manual, equally lightweight tripod, cleaning cloth and carrying case. The sun shade is built right into the body, as opposed to being another piece to carry around and lose. I can't say hardly anything about this that other reviewers already have, it is a really good spotting scope at a truly unbeatable price. What I really like about it is the design of the carrying case. Its ingenious, and I don't know why we don't see this idea implemented with other types of carrying cases. When I first ordered this, I was worried that I was going to be forced to keep my fragile, plastic and glass spotting scope in the same space as a hard metal tripod. When I pulled it out of the box, the scope and the tripod were already in the carrying case and getting them out showed me how the case works. Theres a rectangular divider that separates the scope and tripod while they are in the case, and the divider is attached to one side of the inside of the case. So when you unpack them, you unzip and remove the tripod, then flip the divider up and out of the way and retrieve the scope, and then do that backwards to put them away. As long as you stow them properly and zip the case closed, theres no way they can come into contact with each other. For the total zoom potential, its a really good option.
