I love good buys, and I love when something has an amazing price-quality ratio, and this exceded all my expectations. So, if you don't want to read all, good things: IT IS sturdy, linco quality, you have a bluetooth control remote, a phone holder, and a small ballhead that is WAY stronger than the mini gimbals from neewer all for 16.99, just great. The only thing that sucks? the remote, feels like a toy, but hey, how many mini stands have you seen at this price, this sturdy with so many things?! All right, on to the review. The stand itself is really nice, tbh I expected it to be like the cheap plastic ones from amazon basics or neewer but nope, I think they are aluminum but i'm not to sure, but feels really sturdy. Also the painting is really nice, it's a matte texturized type of finish that feels really good to the touch. Each of the sections even come with a little rubber ring, to kind of dampen the impact if you just let them fall when retracting the rods. The butterflies (don't know the term in english) to screw and loose the rods, are very similar to the big ones from linco but the plastic is cheaper, however the clamps are really nice and the screws are all metal. The phone holder has a strong spring, more than I expected at this price point, you can see in the pictures how wide it opens, it has two metal (yes metal!!) screws so you can place it vertically or horizontally. The small ballhead is plastic on the body, which is a really strong plastic and the ballhead itself i think it's aluminiun made. It's not smooth when you loose the screw to move it, it's realy jittery because it seems that there si too much presure even when you release the screw, maybe a little bit of oil will make the trick, but since I don't need it to be smooth I don't care. Haven't tested how much weight they can support, i'm using it on a 210 and 300 led light with no problema at all. If you tighten as much as you can the ballhead, you can still move it if you apply enough force with your hands, but it's not easy, so for cellphones and small lights they are great.I have read some comments that make no sense, this IS sturdy, now... if you are familiar with the heavy duty linco stands, OF COURSE is not sturdy as them, not for 20 bucks, but if you compare it with ANY other selfie stick or mini stand, this is waaaaaaaay WAY more sturdy. It won't be as sturdy as a carbon fiber tripod if you want to go do extreme things with this, but for a casual use, this will out live you lol.The control is the worst of it, it's flimsy, cheaply made, all plastic, has an on/off switch, just turn on your bluetooth and it will find it, only works as a shutter/record button but hey, you get a controller for free?! with a small gimbal and a phone holder?!?!?!?! this is crazy!!!! I haven't seen ANY other bundles that give so much quality. The only other thing that is not that good, is that the rods on one of the stands (I bought 2) come SLIGHTLY bend, it's not really noticeable unless you kind of twist the rods on their axis, so, in some angles they won't come down, so you got to keep twisting them until they "find their way", but it's not really that bad so I won't return them.So anyways, I don't know why this stands won't get enough love, you get a well made mini light stand, with a small ballhead, a cellphone holder, aaaaaaaand a cheaply made (but still included) remote all for 16.99 (i got a discount at a whooping 9.99)?!?!? Are you kiding me?!Yeah, I'm in love with this product.
