The photos of this product are misleading because they never show the backpack open. It does not open from the front, like most packs, instead you have to place it "face down" to open it from the part that goes against your back. Why does this matter?1) The straps are always in your way as you try to access the main compartment.2) If you have the main compartment open and you need to grab something from the outer pockets you have to close it all up and flip it over first. This matters to us because we are often in high pressure situations where we need very fast access to our gear. This extra step is annoying. What I like about this backpack.1) It's a very efficient shape and holds a ton of stuff while remaining flat enough to fit under an airline seat.2) It is well built and constructed from quality materials.3) Tons of usable pockets.4) Comfortable. I wouldn't want to go on a 5 mile hike with it but for normal shooting it's fine.I use this for work. Perfect for my needs. My station-issued rolling gear bag messed up my back- too heavy & bulky. I got this for myself, and it fits everything (except my tripod, too big for straps, but a non-professional will fit). Not heavy at all when empty, so much easier to carry in the field. Backload feature is key to keep gear secure in crowds. I'd recommend this to msjs, photogs, and folks who take lots of photography equip on vacation. A few front pockets on front are roomy enough for personal items, tickets, passport, etc. Side mesh pocket will hold a narrow water bottle. You get what you pay for and this is worth every dollarI got it as a gift and they said it was so perfect and exactly what they were looking for to fit all there camera equipment plus more.Awesome bag. Fits my Nikon DSLR and 3 lenses + drone, remote, batteries, laptop, filters and accessories. Great for photographers. Looks cool too.I went with a 4 star but it may be due to my biased. The quality of the product is great. But it might not be as big as you think. It is not deep enough to fit a pro body camera or a DSLR with a battery grip. Maybe i should have focused on dimensions better. Either way if you have a bigger camera setup you're going to want to get the Cinema bag. But I still highly recommend this product!
